How To Build a Personal Blogging Network

» Escrito en Blogging por KashSolomon a las 02:22

Lately I’m administering quite a few blogs to publicize my own website, almost all the blogs on which I chose to work were based on wordpress, as far as we know that wordpress is ideal for almost all kinds of blogging needs, people even use it as CMS, together with Open Source License make the wordpress the most favored blogging kit around the globe.

After a while I believed that build my own blogs will be more beneficial, because then I can use established and fully owned blogs to advertise other websites, of course this is not a new idea, the existence of blog networks already says it all, anyway those are other people’s asset and I have no control, not to mention I can’t just post to them, obviously I will have to pay the owner to use their blogs, probably not cheap at all.

Its quite difficult to manage more than a few blogs manually, if you’re not going to just put spams on them, the real content writing is time and money consuming, you have to put in time and money to build a successful blog. There are some interesting examples, let’s examine this one, Air Cargo Security, the domain name is pretty good, and there are a lot of interesting articles on it, though its not a theme focused blog, there are all kinds of posts on the site. Check this one out, Home Security, this blog is themed, the content on the this site has a theme, quite a few keywords rank well for this site. Its easy to show more similar sites, but I think you understand the basics now. One more important point, you should build some casual blogs, do some casual postings randomly, just like this blog, Most Reliable Hosting, this will make a blog network more like naturally built blog groups.

If you have a few established blogs already, add more blogs when you can, the old blogs will be helpful in promoting your newly built ones, this way you get your little blog network rolling. This is just an idea, the real stuff will be more complicated, one of the most important things is that don’t get your site kicked out by major search engines.
